There is now an international consensus that regular monitoring of vital signs can predict when a patient is becoming unwell in a Hospital. These include; temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate etc. All the vitals are combined to give a total “Early Warning Score” or “EWS”.
Vitamatics is a vitals sensor which links to a user friendly continuous early warning system display on a workstation or a tablet.
